CRANK IT UP Lunch

Wasn’t able to prepare food today so had to eat out.

– 32oz of water before and after meal
– 1 cup or edamame
– Lean protein 8oz. (Chicken breast, shrimp, fish)
– Greens / veggies. As much as you want. (No carrots, corn, peas)
– 1/2 Avocado
– Squeeze lemons for dressing
– I usually snack on pickles with this meal. (Tastes amazing and you can have as much pickles as you want throughout the day) With the amount of water I’m drinking, I need to increase my salt intake to avoid cramping during training. #crankeffect
