CRANK Power Breakfast!️ 32oz of water before and after meal. 🏼 is the key to shedding fat! Water! 1 cup berries (strawberries, raspberries or blueberries) 6 egg whites As much veggies as you want. I used onions, garlic and spinach. (No corn, peas or carrots) Serving of almonds or walnuts.  Shot of organic apple cider vinegar w/ tea spoon of organic honey for flavor.
