The first thing I think of when it comes to strength and conditioning is ‘INTENSITY!’ Always pushing past what your mind and body can withstand. When the body starts breaking down, that when you really start to work your mind, your true “core.”

Strength & Conditioning is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30AM-12:30PM and Saturday 6AM-7AM.
