Hafa Adai guys!

I’m already a little sleepy reading the title of the post!     !!!6AM!!!!
We don’t get there at 6am and start stretching, chitty chitty chat chat, talk about how early it is, blah blah blah! When 6AM hits… its WORK! You know when it hits 6am because you hear Coach D’Angelo yelling,

“PUSHHH PUSHHHH! THIS IS THE WARMUP! ALL DAY BABY! ALL DAY!!! WHO WANTS IT MORE!!!?!? WHO WANTS IT MORE!?!?!”
I need to warmup for ‘Coach D’Angelo’s’ “Warm-up!” Hahah

I’ve come to realize that although 6AM workouts are rough… They are well needed in training camps. Waking up at 5:30 in the morning is the first fight! Having the discipline to set 8 alarms and make sure you do what you gotta do to get up to workout in the morning.
I remember I had trouble waking up for them 6am practices. But let me put it this way…

Guys: If you had a date with Jessica Alba at 6Am in the morning, what would you do to make sure you wake up in time for the date? hahahah
Ladies: hmmmm… what is a good one for ladies?? If you the mall was giving out $10,000 gift certificates for FREE… what would you do to make sure you woke up on time? (That sounds like a good ass deal! This is for everyone… not just the ladies!)

-set multiple alarms all over your room
-have a friend call you to wake you up
-roommates wake you up
-sleep early on a friday night instead of going out

There are so many things you would do to wake up for 6AM. So my excuses before for not waking up are invalid. “Man I couldn’t wake up cauz I slept in!” “I didn’t hear my alarm!” “My alarm clock was eaten by this huge monster in my closet and didn’t hear it ring in the monsters belly!” Whatever it is… There is no excuse! (HOLY MOLY I BETTER NOT MISS ANY 6AMs! HAHAH)

Anywhooo…

We All really met Coach D’Angelo there because we really did miss him! We had to see him on the weekend! hahah
