Any hoooo… D’Angelo Kinards Mixed Martial Arts Strength and Conditioning workouts is definitely paying the price to be one! Three times a week we would do an hour of intense, non-stop work. Its awesome because our workouts mimic movements in MMA, BJJ etc.

I cannot wait for Team Lloyd Irvin’s Mike “The Hulk” Easton, JC Cuffee, Ron “Chior Boy” Stallings, Timothy Woods, and DJ Jackson to rip it up in Tennessee on Feb 20th!
