Friday Strength & Conditioning Full Body Workout! 1 Week till Pan Ams


For this Pan Ams Training Camp we have conditioning Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11am with Strength & Conditioning Coach D’Angelo Kinard. Everyday we have no idea what to expect!

All we know is that Mondays are all Legs!
Wednesdays upper body!
Friday Full Body!

Hey I know for a fact that I will be in top shape for pan ams and we are going to rip it up on the mat! I cannot wait to see how this new strength and conditioning program will work in less than a week. Ouuuss!
