“Competition is at the heart and soul of Jiu Jitsu. Even for the students that don’t compete. In the training room, it’s always in the back of your mind, how can I get roll better with this person than I did the last time. What can I do to counter what they do. How can I catch them? At the same time, I believe that your team should be like your family. And if you are training in the right place, your team doesn’t only help you out, they help you up.”

-Give back to the Team

-Build the Team just like the Team Built You

-Honor & Respect the Team

-Display Loyalty to the Team and what it Represents

-Honor the Art.. For making you and your Team better people

Thanks brother Jason for the pics and the words of wisdom! Huuusss…
