- Get a nice healthy filling appetizer. What this will do is fill you up just enough to get that initial “hungry” feeling out of the way.
- Order a nice chicken salad or even better a seared ahi tuna salad to crave your hunger
- If you’re still hungry… Get a nice bowl of fresh fruit to finish off the deal!
You dont need to go crazy and eat a huge ginormous BURGER!
